Preventive maintenance visit

  • Check the environment (temperature, hygiene, accessibility, etc.)
  • Check that the installation conforms to the equipment (protection if accessible, cables, etc.)
  • Visual inspection of the equipment
  • Check mechanical parts
  • Check consumables (capacitors, ventilation, batteries, etc.)
  • Measurement of electrical quantities to determine correct operation of sub-assemblies
  • Check and, if necessary, correct internal tightening
  • Check safety devices and alarms
  • Cleaning the entire unit if necessary
  • Drawing up a prevention plan on site during the visit, if necessary
  • Repair of any defects found on the equipment, subject to quotation
  • Recommendations to ensure or improve equipment reliability
  • Advice to the Buyer in the areas covered by this Framework Agreement

Services with on-call service

SINUS ELEC has a weekly on-call service provided by our technical staff.

4 technicians are assigned in turn to this service.

A mobile phone line is allocated for emergency calls in the context of corrective maintenance with the on-call option.

The on-call service is available in 2 formats:

  • 24x7x365 telephone on-call duty
  • On-call telephone service with on-site visits 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

On-call response times range from 2 hours to 8 hours, depending on the contractual conditions agreed with our customers. Prior to any intervention, the on-call telephone service enables us to manage the urgency of the situation:

  • Remote inventory of fixtures
  • Taking into account the operating status of the equipment being called
  • Acknowledgement of alarms or anomalies observed on the equipment subject to the telephone call
  • Consideration of the status of electrical protection devices, if necessary
  • Measures to re-establish uninterruptible power supply (UPS) or uninterruptible power supply (UPS) if necessary
  • Safety instructions to be implemented
  • Organisation of the work with the customer if it is confirmed
  • Preparation of material and logistical resources for organising the work if it is confirmed
