SIMPLIFIED INSTALLATION

  • Sentinel Dual can be installed as a tower or in 19-inch rack cabinets, simply by removing and rotating the display panel;
  • Low noise level (<40 dBA): for installation in any environment, thanks to its high switching frequency inverter and PWM fan with digital control depending on the load applied;
  • Characteristics guaranteed up to 40°C (components are designed for high temperatures, so they are less stressed at ordinary temperatures);
  • On Sentinel Dual models, the output sockets can be programmed to disconnect less critical loads during power failures (EnergyShare function).

LOWER OPERATING COSTS

  • The UPS is highly flexible and easy to configure. Functions can be programmed using software or manually via the front panel. Sentinel Dual can be configured in the following operating modes:
  • ON LINE: maximum load protection and output voltage waveform quality;
  • ECO mode: to increase efficiency (up to 98%), LINE INTERACTIVE technology can be selected;
  • SMART ACTIVE: the UPS autonomously decides the operating mode according to the quality of the mains supply.
  • STANDBY OFF: the UPS can be selected to operate only in the event of a mains failure (emergency mode only);
  • Frequency converter operation (50 or 60 Hz).

HIGH OUTPUT VOLTAGE QUALITY

  • Even with non-linear loads (IT loads with crest factor up to 3:1);
  • High short-circuit current on bypass ;
  • High overload capacity: 150% per inverter (even in the event of a mains failure);
  • Filtered, stabilised and reliable voltage: ON LINE double conversion technology (VFI compliant with EN62040-3) with filters to suppress atmospheric disturbances;
  • Power factor correction: UPS input power factor close to 1 and sinusoidal current absorption.

HIGH BATTERY RELIABILITY

  • Automatic and manual battery testing;
  • Batteries can be replaced by the user, without having to stop the device and without interrupting the charge (Hot Swap);
  • Battery life can be extended indefinitely using dedicated battery cabinets.
